North Brunswick Driving While Suspended N.J.S.A. 39:3-40

Between the local North Brunswick Police Department and the New Jersey State Troopers, the North Brunswick Municipal Court has become one of the highest volume traffic courts in the State. With roughly 25,000 traffic violations issued each year, it should come as no surprise that North Brunswick also handles a great deal of Driving While Suspended offenses. Whether your ticket for N.J.S.A. 39:3-40 is a first, second, third, or even an elevated Fourth Degree Driving While Suspended violation under N.J.S.A. 2C:40-26, it is imperative that you understand both the nature of the charges and the individuals who will be prosecuting your case. Whether you are a resident of North Brunswick or a transient commuter, the penalties for Driving While Suspended apply just the same to everyone.  This means that you could be facing mandatory incarceration in the Middlesex County Jail along with a period of additional license suspension. For immediate assistance with your criminal Driving While Suspended Charges, under N.J.S.A. 39:3-40, contact the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall.
